Department Awards

The Department of Kinesiology offers two scholarships and awards to undergraduate students annually.

• Alice Morgan Love Memorial Scholarship
• Louise Howarth Memorial Scholarship

Applications must be submitted to the Kinesiology Graduate Office (HHP 2334). The deadline for all applications is Friday, February 23rd. Award winners may be expected to attend an official event to receive their honor. All questions concerning these awards should be directed to Dr. Elizabeth Brown.

State of Maryland Residents

There are programs offered by the state of Maryland that provide financial support. To find out more about these programs check out the Maryland Higher Education Commission page. Be sure to check out the Maryland Hope Scholarships for both Kinesiological Sciences and Physical Education majors.
