Saturday, April 29, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Come explore our world of Fearless Ideas and see all that we do for our community, the state and the world!

This year’s Maryland Day public health activities will be taking place on Sports & Rec Row, located by and within the School of Public Health.

Join the festivities and take part in one of many interactive exhibits by the School of Public Health, our partners, and other University of Maryland schools and colleges.

This year, the SPH will be hosting the 60-Second Plank Challenge to break the Guinness World Record for largest group of people holding a plank - 1,623 people.  Trainer to the stars and UMD School of Public Health Alumni (kinesiology), Steve Jordan, will lead the “No Excuses Workout,” and the plank challenge!
