Keynote Address & Town Hall Forum with VADM Jerome M. Adams, MD, MPH
During his tenure as the nation's 20th Surgeon General, Dr. Adams has created several initiatives to tackle our nation's most pressing health issues, including: the opioid epidemic, oral health, and the links between community health and both economic prosperity and national security. After his talk, he will welcome questions and comments on pressing public health topics. Submit a question or comment for the Town Hall by Monday, March 25.

Public Health Photo Showcase & Contest
Submit your images that speak to the diverse concepts of public health. Photos will be displayed at the event and student photos will be judged and selected for awards.
This event is made possible by the University of Maryland Strategic Partnership: MPowering the State and is organized by the University ofMaryland School of Public Health and the University of Maryland School of Medicine's Department of Epidemiology and Public Health. It is held in conjunction with National Public Health Week, which is observed during the first week of April each year.
