The University of Maryland will host its 2nd Annual Social Justice Day on Monday, April 23, 2018 in the Adele H. Stamp Student Union and Memorial Chapel. Drawing from the success of the inaugural event, Social Justice Day 2018 will be a daylong exchange inviting faculty, staff, students, and our community to learn about the work of others involved in important causes and to share ideas.

Peter Neufeld, J.D., will provide an Opening Keynote. The Closing Keynote will be delivered by Rev. Jesse Jackson. The day's events will include a panel on Policing, Sentencing, and Consequences: A Social Justice Perspective, and a Social Justice Fair.
