A Reuters article points to the findings of a newly published study in Health Affairs by Dr. Michel Boudreaux, assistant professor of health services administration in the University of Maryland School of Public Health. “Overall, the data provide a pretty clear signal that nonelderly people with non-group health insurance coverage did experience financial relief after the implementation of the ACA,” Dr. Boudreaux said.
