The purpose of the Student Services Center in the School of Public Health is to enhance the quality of student life for undergraduate students in the college. By providing students with accurate and timely information, superior service, valuable programs and personal guidance, the center assists students in attaining their curricular and co-curricular goals as a college student. In addition, the Student Services Center works with faculty and staff within the school and across campus to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Are you interested in changing your major to FMSC? Please call 301-405-3672 to register for a FMSC Change of Major Workshop. Online reservations are no longer being accepted.

Do you need a copy of your Academic Plan? Complete the following online form to request a copy: http://www.sph.umd.edu/studentservices/requestAP.cfm.
Please note Academic Plans that have not been updated within the past year will not be sent out through this request. You must meet with an advisor to update your plan. In addition, if a Senior Audit has been generated for you, please schedule an appointmetn with an advisor to review your Senior Audit.
