Spend your afternoon with the Hospital and Public Health Interdisciplinary Research (HAPPY) Lab for a seminar on its System-level Multidisciplinary Integration for popuLation health and Equity (SMILE) project.

The seminar will bring experts together to discuss integrated care coordination between hospitals, communities, and public health agencies among African American and Latino patients, and how these coordination practices impact racial and ethnic disparities in health.

The seminar will be moderated by Dr. Stephen Thomas and feature presentations by Dr. David Marcozzi, Dr. Howard Goldman, Dr. Charles Reynolds, Dr. Luisa Franzini, and Dr. Jie Chen.

Each presentation will last approximately 20 to 30 minutes and will be followed by a 10-minute question and answer session.

During the last hour, attendees that made prior appointments with the speakers can meet 1-on-1 to discuss research and practice. To request a 1-on-1 meeting please contact Jie Chen as soon as possible
