Welcome to the Spring semester! 
As we continue in this syndemic, Zoom world, stress can have a way of taking over. To help alleviate stress and clear your mind please join the UMD Global STEWARDS NSF NRT program for Mindfulness Mondays! 
We meet every Monday from 9:00-9:15 am for a 10-minute guided meditation. Absolutely no prior experience with meditation is required! A 30-day program for everyone (we'll get through 15 10-minute sessions during the spring semester).
