Brandon received his M.A. in Kinesiology – Physical Cultural Studies from the University of Maryland in May of 2019, after graduating from Bradley University in Peoria, IL with a B.A. in Sports Communication and Sociology in 2017. He is currently pursuing a PhD in the Physical Cultural Studies program. Broadly, Brandon is interested in the ways individuals construct identity and become racialized through sport within racial capitalism.
