The mission of the National Association of County & City Health Officials' (NACCHO) Student Section Program is to provide public health students with resources and a collaborative environment to support and promote best practices for community health while fostering a network for the next generation of local health leaders.

Through the Student Section Program, NACCHO aims to: 

  1. Build a diverse network of students that are passionate about the health & safety of their communities
  2. Engage students with exceptional opportunities to enhance their public health education
  3. Provide a platform for students to broaden their professional network and launch a career in local public health
