Location: Anywhere on campus. Contact eim4terps@umd.edu for off-campus and mobility device options.

Walking is one of the easiest and healthiest physical activities we do, and the Exercise is Medicine-On Campus club is co-hosting the 3rd annual Walking Challenge! This is a healthy walk for everyone who participates, but its also a global competition! Our UMD group is competing against other colleges and universities all across the US and around the world! The rules are simple. Any time between 10am and 6pm on Thursday October 15, walk! Record your steps and distance and report your results to the EIM-OC club. We'll collect the data from everyone and report it as total steps and total distance for the whole event.

Students, staff, and faculty are all invited! Participate on your own, walk with a friend, or lead a group walk to really boost the totals!

Look for the links to participate, and later to report the results. We'll have off-campus options, and ADA compliant ideas, too!
