Are you a trans or nonbinary UMD Undergraduate student aged 18-25?
Consider joining this exciting study that lets you be a part of efforts to reduce sexual violence for trans and nonbinary students on our campus!
We are looking for trans and nonbinary undergraduate students to participate in a groundbreaking new research study where we develop an online sexual assault prevention program specifically designed for trans and nonbinary young adults.

Participating will give you the opportunity to:
- Learn self-defense techniques
- Receive up to $65+ for completing surveys and participating in a focus group
- Win up to $125 in raffles
- Have fun with other trans and nonbinary students
- Bring a friend if you like!
What is involved?
- Do a brief screening survey & interview
- Take an online program with other trans and nonbinary undergraduate students at the University of Maryland
- Complete online surveys 1-week before and after the program
- Participate in one focus group with other trans and nonbinary students
