The Bowie State-UMD Social Justice Alliance (SJA) will sponsor its first joint event in honor of Lt. Richard Collins, the Bowie State student who was murdered by an SPH student over graduation weekend in 2017.
The event will feature a Q&A panel with student leaders from both campuses, guests from the Anti-Defamation League, Southern Poverty Law Center and faculty experts from both campuses. One of our SPH undergraduates, Taylor Palmer (BCH), will be moderating the sessions.
