This session is designed to help you set the foundations for a positive and productive semester. Earlier in this series, we talked about the importance of your mindset. In this part, we will be exploring that more deeply with a panel of experts.
We are excited to welcome Dr. Kendall Bustad, who will share insights on establishing a positive mindset. Additionally, representatives from the University Health Center (UHC) will provide valuable information on self-talk and cultivating a positive mindset. They will also discuss the various services and resources available to students on campus.
