This session is a continuation of the February 24th talk by Dr. Arthur Hernandez on the “Application of Action Research Perspectives and Methods to Community Based and Participatory Research”.  During this session, Dr. Hernandez will discuss elements of establishing critical relationships and partnerships, including developing a “research agenda”, thoughts on budgets, “harvesting” knowledge, and sharing lessons learned.
