Felicia Low
Dr. Felicia Low serves as the Associate Program Director for the Public Health Science (PHSC) program at the University of Maryland, where she provides strategic and operational leadership for all student programming and services. With a deep commitment to student growth, Felicia oversees the PHSC student services team in creating a positive, high-quality experience that supports every student throughout their academic journey.
Felicia earned her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Frostburg State University with a focus on Higher Education Leadership. She also holds a Master’s degree in College Counseling and Student Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
As a passionate advocate for student success, Felicia specializes in process improvement and the development of innovative student service offerings. Felicia finds great joy in helping students navigate the complexities of university life and is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where they can turn their academic and professional dreams into reality.
