Jifei Chen

Jifei Chen is a PhD student in the School of Public Health at the University of Maryland. Her research focuses on urban environmental epidemiology, particularly the health impacts of extreme weather events on vulnerable populations. She is also interested in the application of urban remote sensing and geospatial analysis to assess and map environmental health risks. Prior to joining UMD, she completed her undergraduate studies at the Australian National University and earned her MPhil from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
