Couple, Family and Individual Therapy

Problems brought to therapy range from general communication difficulties to concerns about parenting, divorce, adolescent adjustment, school behavior problems, substance abuse, family violence, anxiety, depression, and many other issues affecting individuals and families today.

Group Therapy

Occasionally, the Center offers group therapy for specific populations, such as families in which a child has been diagnosed with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), children of divorce, individuals who are court-ordered for physical abuse, adult survivors of sexual abuse, and single parents.

Teletherapy

The Center for Healthy Families offers accessible, confidential teletherapy services for individuals, couples, and families. Our HIPAA-compliant virtual platform allows clients to connect with skilled therapists from the comfort of their own home, removing barriers to care while maintaining the same high-quality, systemic therapy approach we provide in person. Teletherapy makes it easier to prioritize your mental health while balancing busy schedules and family needs. Clients receiving teletherapy services must be physically located in Maryland per state law.

You have inherited a lifetime of tribulation; everybody has inherited it. Take it over, make the most of it and when you have decided you know the right way, do the best you can with it.
