Karla Clara Vega

As a faculty assistant for the Maryland Consumer Health Information Hub project, Karla works to increase plain language information in the primary language(s) of Marylanders. She presently identifies opportunities to serve Limited English Proficient (LEP) populations and coordinates language access activities for the Hub. She has experience developing culturally driven communications and providing health education.
