Dr. Elaine Rudder serves as the Assistant Program Director for Human Resources and acts as the Equity Administrator for staff matters, including search equity charges. She is deeply committed to providing strategic guidance and support to the School of Public Health and SPHL units. Elaine acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on HR policy, procedures, and equity issues.
Dr. Rudder comes from UMBC with 10+ years experience working academic affairs, HR, and student affairs.
