Join UMD School of Public Health's Alumni Board in the first-ever public health virtual book club! For our introductory book we will be reading #1 New York Times Bestseller, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks in honor of Black History Month, this February.
To join the book club, register for three virtual discussion sessions on Zoom from 6:00 - 7:00 pm EST on Tuesday, February 22, Tuesday, March 8 and Tuesday, March 29.
The first 5 people to register for all three sessions will be entered into a raffle to win a free copy of the book!
Please note that although it is not mandatory to attend all of the sessions, each session will cover a different section of the novel.
