"Stop, Drop, and Meditate" is to provide students a valuable opportunity to reset and recharge before finals week. Mental well-being plays a critical role in academic success. This is a supportive environment that encourages mindfulness with tangible tools that support overall mental wellbeing. Everyone is welcome. No prior experience is needed.
