Andrea Liberto
Dr. Liberto is a Lecturer and serves as the coordinator for the Physical Activity program in the Department of Kinesiology. Her areas of expertise include physical activity program planning, implementation, and evaluation. She earned a BS in Kinesiology and a MPH in Physical Activity from the University of Maryland, College Park and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Frostburg State University.
