Academic advising
Catherine Donohoe oversees undergraduate student services for the Department of Global, Environmental, and Occupational Health, supporting prospective and current Global Health and Environmental Science and Policy - Environmental Justice majors in their academic success and professional development from new student orientation through graduation.

- Departmental evaluator contact for domestic and study abroad courses related to global, environmental, and/or occupational health
Catherine has advised undergraduate students at the University of Maryland on academic and career preparation for a number of years. Previously, Catherine managed operations, program development and advising processes, and student services for UMD Education Abroad and for a study abroad program provider in Spain and Chile.
Since Fall 2024, Catherine is the advisor co-lead for the SPH Global Learning Experience Workgroup of the Global Health Initiative.
