Dawn Rode Schettino

Since 2004, Ms. Schettino has been with the University of Maryland Biotechnology Institute (UM-BI); she continued with the Institute when UMBI transitioned into the Institute for Bioscience and Biotechnology Research (UM-IBBR) in 2010. Over the past decade, she has served in multiple business and research administration roles, most recently serving as UM-IBBR’s Senior Business Operations Manager. 

In that role, she was involved in overseeing both pre-and post-award management. Ms. Schettino received her Bachelor of Science in General Business Management from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and is currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting programs.
