Thriving in Graduate School Spring 2025

Location: Virtual

This session is designed to empower graduate students to navigate the challenges of graduate school with a focus on personal well-being and academic success. Using the framework of Engage, Thrive, and Connect, the session emphasizes building resilience, fostering meaningful connections, and utilizing campus resources effectively. The session aims to equip graduate students with tools to manage academic and personal demands while staying motivated and focused, promote emotional and physical wellness through evidence-based practices and proactive support and strengthen a sense of community by fostering relationships with peers, mentors, and campus networks.
