Kinesiology Doctoral Student earns Women in Sports Tech Fellowship

Mia Caminita, pictured above, is a PhD Candidate in Kinesiology.

Please join us in congratulating Mia Caminita for her selection as a 2021 Women in Sports Tech Fellow (WiST)! For her fellowship, Mia will work with the Stanford University Children's Hospital Motion Analysis and Sports Performance Lab. 

WiST is a community of business experts, startup veterans, sport scientists, developers, product designers, marketers, and students in the broadly defined sports tech industry.  Their goal is to increase female representation in sports tech, including, but not limited to Athlete, Team & Coach Performance, Fan Engagement, Digital Media, and Business of Sports. Across the nation, 24 women were awarded a 2021 summer fellowship.
