Our new website will replace the existing website that launched more than six years ago. It was built using Drupal templates created for the university to use for multiple purposes, which enabled us to save costs.

Our new SPH website will:

  • Streamline content
  • Showcase compelling public health stories
  • Engage visitors to explore public health topics
  • Adhere to UMD brand, editorial and accessibility standards and requirements
  • Get students where they need to go
  • Position us for reaccreditation by CEPH!

What YOU need to do:

  • Archive your content (not all content will be migrated before launch)
  • Know who your unit’s point of contact is - requests and questions go through them to Comms and I
  • Submit updated bio content
  • Read and respond to website-related communications in a timely way
