School of Public Health Honors Outstanding Students with Virtual Convocation

Near the end of each academic year, School of Public Health faculty, staff, students, families and friends look forward to honoring our outstanding students through the SPH Convocation. While it is unfortunate that we can’t be together in person to celebrate this year, we are sharing a message from SPH Dean Boris Lushniak to acknowledge our students and the pride our school takes in your academic and service accomplishments and the convocation program which features short descriptions of all the scholarships, fellowships and awards given and bios of the students who are receiving them.

The School of Public Health would also like to thank our scholarship, fellowship and award donors for their generous support of our students. Thanks to them, we can recognize our students’ achievements and help them graduate with less debt. And at this time when so many of our students are facing extremely difficult circumstances, we are especially grateful to those who have generously donated to the Student Crisis Fund, the School of Public Health Emergency Scholarship Fund, the School of Public Health Scholarship Fund and the Fearless Graduate Fellowship Fund. If you are able, please consider making a gift at go.umd.edu/give-sph. Thank you!
