Dennis Vacante is an instructor for the Department of Kinesiology and coordinator for the Children’s Development Clinic at the University of Maryland School of Public Health.

Dennis and his wife have been taking care of their 3-year-old granddaughter, Bella, while their son and daughter-in-law are working every day. He is teaching Bella new skills, such as gardening and doing the fun activities that their oldest daughter Beth, a special education teacher in LA, sends to them.
