Originally from Philadelphia, Bryan started his journey in higher education at Delaware State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management. At Delaware State, Bryan was a division I track and field student-athlete. He went on to receive his Master of Science in Higher Education Counseling/Student Affairs from West Chester University. During his time at West Chester, Bryan worked in Athletics Academic Support, Student Leadership, and New Student Orientation as a graduate assistant. Upon graduation, he served as the Assistant Director of Multicultural Affairs at WCU. As a member of the CASA team, Bryan will serve as an Athletic Academic Advisor for the student-athlete population in the School of Public Health. During the fall semester, he teaches UNIV100, The Student in the University. Bryan is excited to combine his experiences as a student-athlete along with his background in higher education to impact the holistic development of student-athletes at the University of Maryland. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys running, reading, supporting collegiate athletics, and being an avid wine enthusiast.
