Gretchen Auer MacNeill

Development Program Manager

Gretchen began her career in development in 2017 at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, where she had extensive experience with researching prospects, preparing briefings, and supporting major gift officers and volunteer boards. Prior to joining UMD, Gretchen worked for S.S. Papadopulos & Associates, Inc., a groundwater and hydrogeology consulting firm in Bethesda, Maryland. Gretchen grew up in Poolesville, Maryland and now lives in Rockville, Maryland with her husband, two children and dog.
